Your order is validated when full payment (or deposit if applicable) is received. Please note that payment by bank transfer may take several days to appear in our accounts. An email will inform you that your order has officially been placed.

Different payment methods are available to you: directly online by credit card, by check or by bank transfer or by mobile payment. In the case of bank transfer, the order will be validated once the payment has actually been received on our account. It is not possible to pay in cash. The choice of payment method will be offered to you according to your geographical location (delivery abroad or local).
A deposit will be requested at the time of the order. It represents about 60% of the total amount. The remaining balance will be payable upon departure of the goods. It is the payment of the balance that will trigger the delivery. In the event that certain products are to be paid for in full at the time of the order, this will be indicated in your basket.

Our mission is to make our products accessible online and without intermediaries. This enables us to offer you a fair price, with no unnecessary margin between you and the producer. Our prices are set in advance and reflect the quality of the products on offer.
The time varies according to volumes, seasons, products, producers and carrier. It is on average 6 to 10 weeks from the payment of the order.

The price of the delivery is calculated according to the method of transport, the volume, the weight and the place of delivery. Unless indicated in the estimate, our deliveries do not include the rental of lifting equipment (goods lift, etc.)
Unless otherwise stated in the product sheet, delivery is by appointment, on weekdays, on a half-day slot. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule the appointment. Your cargo will be delivered to the address that you have indicated at the time of the order and validated by mutual agreement. Please note that unloading could be at your expense, unless there is a loan agreement excluding this option. Unloading at the delivery person's expense could lead to an increase in delivery costs.
We can deliver abroad, to Europe, America or Asia America or any other destination through a qualified carrier specialized in logistics and qualified international transit chosen by the customer. We can suggest companies if necessary. Our responsibility ends EXW.
Delivery times abroad may be longer, taking into account transport times. This will vary depending on the destination. We can discuss this when ordering. The carrier will provide information about its lead times.

The meticulous quality control upstream, as well as your validation, makes it possible to avoid this type of situation.
